?? Merging and updating faculty schedules in Excel
Updating and managing Honors Program Cohort information in Excel
Ordering and distributing faculty supplies, books, and mail
Creating and updating program files for the Honors Program
Sending letters and e-mails to prospective students requesting honors program information
Communicating with staff, students, applicants, and faculty about the liberal arts faculty, courses
Updating the Honors Program webpage and blackboard organization, working on Blackboard to create announcements
Assisting in the publishing of the honors program quarterly e-newsletter The Honorable Mention
Assisting with the logistics and set up for the on-campus meetings for the Honors Program and School of Liberal Arts
Assist with various clerical functions: answering phones, organizing applications/student packets, faculty files, data retrieval, filing, copying, and running errands

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
