Position Overview:The Customer Service Representativewill be responsible for handling client communication and order entry for high volume accounts. The selected candidate will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as internal communication to keep departments up to date on order progress. The main responsibility will be full-cycle order processing from placed order to delivery to customer.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Order Entry:

  • Day to day communication with customers
  • Update and maintain databases and accounts
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, address customer complaints and manage conflicts
  • Support EDI interfaces with customers
  • Full cycle order processing from order to delivery
  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
  • Use internal communication to keep departments up to date
  • Strong excel skills and expert level organization
  • Receives and processes sales orders quickly and efficiently
  • Assist customers in a positive and pleasant manner

Qualifications for the Customer Service/Order Entry:

  • 2 years minimum in a similar and customer/client facing role
  • SAP and in house tracking system advanced skills
  • Experience with Amazon order processing and Amazon Vendor Central preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Initiative, adaptability and flexible with changes
  • Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow up and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive and high-volume environment
  • Data entry skills with both speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail is critical for this role

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
