OFFICE CLERK

Position Overview: The Office Clerk will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The Office Clerk position requires someone that can handle a fast-paced and changing environment, while wearing multiple hats as needed.

Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:

  • Answer incoming calls on multiple line phone
  • Preform clerical tasks; filing, organizing, entering data, etc
  • Process orders for the office
  • Maintain other daily administrative duties

Qualifications for the Office Clerk:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Power Point
  • Previous office experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required

Education Requirements:

  • High School/GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
