Position Overview: The Senior Data Entry Specialist will work normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The Senior Data Entry Specialist position requires someone that can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Senior Data Entry Specialist:

  • Accurately publish product information as required
  • Create relationships between new retailers and current system
  • Keep new items and changes up to date in the company system
  • Populating information and data from multiple fields in company system
  • Maintain all product information for vendors as needed
  • Use specific vendor toolkits to populate fields
  • Purchase approvals for orders
  • Handle rebates and non-rebates

Qualifications for the Senior Data Entry Specialist:

  • Strong proficiency EDI
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Multiple Data Base Experience

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
