CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for all inquiries coming in. The Customer Service Representative will need to be focused, punctual and a great troubleshooter.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:

  • Listen to and intake customers requests, questions and concerns
  • Provide feedback, answers and information accordingly
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and engaged manner
  • Maintain knowledge of services and products
  • Answer telephones and direct as appropriate

Qualifications for the Customer Service Rep:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quick learning abilities to pick up product/service knowledge
  • Strong computer proficiency; Data Entry experience
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve quickly

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
