Position Overview:The Client Support Associate will work normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The selected candidate will be a part of a team-oriented environment that aims to excel together.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Associate:

  • Listen to and intake customers requests, questions and concerns
  • Order entry, maintain reports, push through purchase orders
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and engaged manner
  • Maintain knowledge of services and products
  • Manage & maintain client relationships

Qualifications for the Client Support Associate:

  • SAP, EDI or Expert in Excel an advantage
  • Attention to detail and quick learning abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
