YOU MUST HAVE GM WARRANTY PROCESSING EXPERIENCE to be considered.
Summary of Duties:
Review, correct and authorize mechanical warranty claims following GM guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Technical training a plus Hands-on automotive repair or equivalent automotive technical experience An understanding of the theory of Automotive Technology, and diagnostic Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, and always remain professional.
