Job Description:
No Real Estate License or Prior Leasing Experience Required Apartment community in Westmount Village is looking for a Leasing Agent to join their team Full Time.
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments, and as an initial contact between the public and the company, strives to project and demonstrate the value and quality of our product and service.
Job Requirements:
Greets prospective residents and presents property through personal tours.
Gathers information regarding prospective resident's needs and details on a guest card and uses CRM system to follow up with prospects.
Delivers superior customer service, delivers custom presentations on leasing calls, and assists current residents with service requests.
Completes all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification.
Processes all rental paperwork in accordance with Fair Housing Guidelines.
Responsible for handling resident's issues, needs and complaints in a professional, fair and consistent manner.
Displays diplomacy during all interactions.
Pushes value of product and service.
Maintains consistent awareness of sub-market to drive income growth.
Other duties as assigned.
