We are expanding our team to support the rapid growth of our ecommerce business.
We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce Assistant who will support our team with a wide variety of daily activities to maintain our ecommerce sites and business.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain products, categories and content on ecommerce website Keep pricing, inventory, and other data up to date Create, manage, and upload spreadsheet files to create or update website products Upload product images, videos, and content Following the direction of our SEO team, implement changes for SEO tags and content Manage customer surveys, reviews and testimonials Competitive research Data entry Basic report creation Monitor website integrations for issues Miscellaneous tasks required to operate our ecommerce website Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 6
months experience using an ecommerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Miva or managing products for an Amazon 3P business Basic HTML Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets Preferred - A
product content Preferred - Wordpress or other CMS Location:
This role will be based in Woodland Park, NJ under a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)
