Our client is a well-established global manufacturing corporation seeking human resources support by adding a Human Resources Generalist to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80k Position Overview:
The ideal Human Resources Generalist will be onsite, Monday through Friday, reporting to the headquarters in Hudson County, New Jersey.
The Human Resources Generalist is a self-starter who is technically proficient, organized, and detail oriented.
The Human Resources Generalist will partner with the HR team on activities including benefits, payroll, and reporting.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting Organize all onboarding initiatives Manage all employee-related inquiries and concerns Maintain up-to-date personnel records, policies, and handbooks Complete other special HR projects as assigned Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

years of experience in Human Resources management Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
) Effective verbal and written communication Ability to manage confidential information securely Practices professional and personal ethics Excellent time-management skills Team-oriented and personable Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
