Assemble, review, code and enter vendor invoices Prepare weekly check runs Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Prepare bank deposits and record cash receipts into the accounting system Maintain and file internal and external accounting records Review and process travel and entertainment expense reports Prepare billings and send out invoices Collection of accounts receivables Assist in general accounting and administrative tasks Reception desk coverage as needed Provide support to vendor and inter-departmental inquiries Compile year-end tax information for 1099 processing Requirements:
Highly detail oriented and organized in work Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent data entry skills Knowledge of Accounts Payables Knowledge of general accounting software (ie.
Sage, Quickbooks) Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications Note this is not a remote position Job Type:
